If I sell my items to you how fast will I get my money?

Once we receive your items and have inspected them we will contact you to confirm price and we will send payment immediately. If you require cash in payment then call us to arrange a time to come to our premises in Stafford, or for valuable items we may visit you.

Will you give me an idea how much my items are worth?

Yes, email us with as much detail as possible, and we will contact you with a valuation. Please be accurate in describing the condition of the items.      

How do I send the items to you?

By Royal Mail. We will supply you with full details once you accept our offer.

Will you buy whole collections?

Yes, we will buy any quantity.

Can I bring items to you for a valuation?

Yes if you live in the Stafford area, but please contact us first to make an appointment.

Will you come to us to value our item(s)?

Yes if within a reasonable distance.

Is there a minimum value to items that you will buy?

It is not economic for us to buy individual items under £100.00, but we will accept these as part of a larger collection.
